BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

Whenever I hear anyone in the American government say “depleted uranium is not hazardous to the health and well being of human beings,” I can’t help but remember that tobacco companies were adamant when they told us “smoking is not hazardous to your health”!!! I am appalled that the horror of weapons comprised of “depleted uranium,” “Weapons of Mass Destruction” as identified by the U.N., are being used in our names! I am overwhelmed with sorrow to witness the effects, both immediate and long term, of these weapons. I no longer wonder why “they” hate us!!!

Well, now, problem is “Patriotism” obviously stops with the flag pin on his lapel for George Bush! Actually rather than an “all volunteer military,” Bush envisions a version of indentured slavery as a way to maintain our military!!! No health care, no education, no benefits, and minimum compensation are the Bush solutions to retaining troops in the United States military! Oh, and by the by, Bush’s clone, one John McCain, a veteran himself, agrees with this ludicrous method for maintaining “an all volunteer army”!!!

One of the main signs and symptoms of “paranoid schizophrenia” is a serious lack of conscience! “Bush: No regrets over Iraq invasion.” Point made!

“SEN. JOHN MCCAIN (R-AZ), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: Senator Obama says that I'm running for a Bush's third term. It seems to me he's running for Jimmy Carter's second.” Using a losing comparison, John McCain attempts an attack on Obama’s economic and foreign policies! McCain likens Obama to Jimmy Carter. As far as I’m concerned had America heeded the advice and the policies of President Carter, we wouldn’t have the highest oil prices ever endured; Americans would not be paying the ludicrous prices we are forking out at the pumps for gasoline! Automobile manufacturers would have delivered a higher rate for MPG by now, and peace in the Middle East just may have been maintained!!! Honestly, John McCain has sucked up and supported every last detail of the failed and disastrous policies George Bush instituted since Bush stole the office he claims as his own personal property! If ever a picture is worth more than a thousand words, this one says it all.

“SEN. JOHN MCCAIN (R-AZ), PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: Senator Obama says that I'm running for a Bush's third term. It seems to me he's running for Jimmy Carter's second.” It’s becoming more and more evident; John McCain is unable to introduce an original idea at all in his campaign. First he just repeats the Bush policies and procedures as to what can be expected if he (God forbid) is elected in November, then he just repeats a slightly different version of Obama’s signature phrases and his charges. Example: “A leader we can believe in,” “A change we cannot afford,” and now “Obama is running for Jimmy Carter’s second term”! In all honesty, John McCain is a dud, he does not inspire, he is not interesting, he is definitely not exciting, he is incapable of instilling passion, he certainly has displayed a limited intellectual capacity, and he smirks and grins much the same as his hero, George W. Bush!!! So much for that trumped up persona of “maverick and straight talker”!

And so it begins, mainstream corporate media’s psychological blitz to get their guy McCain elected!!!

Hmm, so the fact that Bush was looking for a "new Pearl Harbor Event," an excuse to begin the quest for world domination, and the fact that he ignored an August the 6th PDB warning regarding the threat of a terrorist attack within the U.S., has not escaped the astute attention of Dennis Kucinich! "Article XXXIII REPEATEDLY IGNORED AND FAILED TO RESPOND TO HIGH LEVEL INTELLIGENCE WARNINGS OF PLANNED TERRORIST ATTACKS IN THE US, PRIOR TO 911. In his conduct while President of the United States, George W. Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty under Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution "to take care that the laws be faithfully executed," has both personally and acting through his agents and subordinates, together with the Vice President, failed in his Constitutional duties to take proper steps to protect the nation prior to September 11, 2001." All I can say is "it's about time." IMPEACHMENT proceedings are long overdue!!! This will definitely separate the statesmen from the chickenhawk cowards in the Congress!! We the people will know who the true Patriots are and just who are the corrupt power hungry war mongers!

“'Bush Lied'? If Only It Were That Simple” Actually, it is that simple, no question about it, “Bush Lied”! As for mainstream corporate media’s indisputable bias and undeniable support of George Bush, his war, and all his failed policies both foreign and domestic, I rest my case!!!
