BARBARA'S DAILY BUZZFLASH MINUTE

NOOSE ALLEGEDLY FOUND AT SECRET SERVICE TRAINING CENTER. While equal rights and equal protection have come a long way since the day, there is still bigotry exhibited in the most unusual of places and in the most horrible ways in these United States! It only proves America still has a long way to go and that it’s going to take “hope” and a whole lot of “change” as well a willingness to engage in such an endeavor!

Do you really want another CEO styled government like the one we have now??? This most recent development in the higher and higher price of oil is the reason why government should never be run like a corporation -- corporations are about the business of squeezing the last dime out of the public in order to drive the corporate profit even higher! And as anyone with half a brain can see, this corporate run administration is bilking every last dollar of taxpayer monies from the national coffers to enrich their personal friends and families. Government was first instituted as a service, formed as a way to serve the collective needs of the people, but thanks to Repuglicans it has evolved into screwing the public and walking away with millions and millions of dollars, all the while bankrupting the American people as well as the country! I don’t call this “patriotic,” nor do I see it making us any safer and more secure, I certainly don’t see any value, Christian, family or otherwise, in the chaos and catastrophes these “chicken-hawk” war-monger CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, CTO’s and SOB’s have created!!!!

To all those who thought the days of Karl Rove over -- they won’t be, if politics as usual in Washington is allowed to go forward! If you think the back biting, the smear and scandal, the bogus investigations, the “gotcha” reporting in mainstream corporate media and the inane tit for tat during the 8 long years of Bill Clinton’s presidency were bad, you ain’t seen nothin' if yet another Clinton is elected! And that is precisely what the Repuglicans are counting on, come November!

McCain toured a New Orleans neighborhood still reeling from Hurricane Katrina and issued a new and scathing critique of the 'terrible and disgraceful' failure of the Bush administration's response to the disaster." Yes, George did "fail" New Orleans before, during, and after Hurricane Katrina, but where was John McCain at those times??? Hmm, I wonder, oh, yeah, this is where: "a huggin and a kissin and a fallin in love."

These most recent mainstream corporate media attacks on Rev. Jeremiah Wright and “guilt by association” for Barack Obama are the reason why the Founding Fathers so wisely decided there must be “a separation of church and state” if the government of the United States was to survive. It worked for over 200 years; sadly today we see the catastrophic results of allowing that line to be crossed!

In the past 2-3 days we the people have been witness to what is known as a “psychological hit job,” carried out by our very own Weapon of Mass Destruction, Mainstream Corporate Media! This is the reason why we don’t have qualified competent candidates running for public office in these United States. This is the very reason why America ends up with incompetent nincompoops the likes of George W. Bush as president (with a very small “p”) of the United States of America!
