Very Important

With so much Spam going around it is sometimes difficult for us to get our emails through. Please make sure you "White List" the following email address: buzzflash@buzzflash.com

Here's How You Do That: Click The Relevant email provider

Place "@buzzflash.com" in your Address Book. Check AOL help for details, if necessary. Different versions have different features. For example in version 7.0, go to Keyword Mail Controls - after you select your screen name and left-click on "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name," enter @buzzflash.com in the section "exclusion and inclusion parameters." For AOL version 8.0, select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains." Then left-click on "Next" until the Save button shows up at the bottom. Left click on "Save."

If our e-mail is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "This is not spam" link next to the "From" field. You can also create a "filter" at Yahoo that sends your @buzzflash.com e-mail into your Inbox and not the Junk/Bulk Mail folder. Here's how...

usa.net
Login to your e-mail account and click on Services in the left-hand Navbar. You can Whitelist there.

Determine what you would like done to the messages that match one of your filters. This generally fits into two categories, Override or Exclusive.

Override - allows you to override your spam filters, including system spam filtering, and is handy when you have mail that is occasionally incorrectly marked as spam by the system spam filters.

Exclusive - allows you to limit the mail you receive to only those messages that match your White List; all other mail messages will either be considered Junk Mail or automatically deleted. If you choose Exclusive, you will need to specify whether to keep the mail as Junk Mail or to delete the mail. If you choose to delete all mail that does not match your White List, this mail cannot be recovered later.

Use- @buzzflash.com to list.

BellSouth
You must opt-out of MailGuard to receive the @buzzflash.com e-mail. Once it is received forward it (with full headers) to this_is_good@bellsouth.net to have BuzzFlash.com whitelisted.

att.net
If Spam-blocker is enabled and if the e-mail message is legitimate and was screened as spam, forward the original message as an attachment to this-is-not-spam@worldnet.att.net

Many popular e-mail programs, including Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail, don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list the folks you want to receive e-mail from. If you're using this sort of e-mail system and you either aren't getting your newsletters or want to make sure you continue to receive your newsletters in the future, you can do something about it.

Contact the customer service people or the Postmaster at the company that provides your e-mail or Internet connection (your ISP). Explain to them that newsletters from BuzzFlash.com are e-mails that you asked for and value. Ask them if they can white-list the newsletters that you get from BuzzFlash.com. They'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

* Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the address in the "From" line of your most recent BuzzFlash.com newsletter.

* Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, tell them this:

@buzzflash.com

* IP Address: If they ask for our sending IP address, tell them all of these:

64.62.197.76

Thank you for white-listing BuzzFlash.com newsletters.

It's a shame to bother you like this, but in this day and age, we feel like the dolphin caught in the tuna-spam net. We fully support the anti-spam motivations of all mail servers and ISPs.

But some are simply unfair to bona fide, honest marketers. For example SpamCop, can blacklist a marketing company simply because someone complains about them. Since the company does not even receive the common courtesy of receiving the e-mail address of the complainant from SpamCop, they cannot even check to see if that address has been subscribed to their newsletter list (people do forget they subscribed... often).

It's unfair to the dolphins, but that's the way it is, unfortunately. Net result? Tens of thousands of e-mails can be blocked because of an unfair, abusive complaint that cannot be verified, and for which there is no recourse at SpamCop who have made themselves virtually inaccessible.

So please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping the BuzzFlash.com Alerts from you.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but these circumstances are beyond our control. All you and we can do is work together with the ISPs to shut out the spammers.

Thank You from the BuzzFlash.com Team.
