Obama's Office Says He Has Not Come Out with a Stand on the Filibuster Issue, Yet.
BuzzFlash Hears that He's Opposing It in the Caucus. Pathetic!

News from a BuzzFlash Reader:I just called Sen. Obama's DC office to ask about his position on the filibuster.
The very sweet office person answering the phone replied to my statement that I read on Buzzflash.com that Senator Obama is rumored to be against a filibuster. She said,"Senator Obama has not yet come out with his stand on the filibuster issue".
I responded, "I am using this issue and his position on it to determine whether I will support him again in the future. I want him to support the filibuster because this vote on Alito is not just about a Supreme Court Justice, it is about whether or not the Constitution and our form of government matter any more".
She said she understood and would make certain that the senator got my message.
